Packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS expedited, an additional cost will be applied and listed on the item at the moment of checkout. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
We offer free standard Shipping service that includes handling, packing fees as well as postage costs. Free shipping service does not include Alaska and non continental US Territories. For international orders we offer very competitive shipping rates.
We can't ship one single order to more than one location so customers are requiere to place one order for each shipping location. Due to limitations from our postage vendor we can't process special shipping instructions. In cases like this we recommend that you contact you local post office and make sure that the driver in your area is informed about that.
All our boxes and packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected. In the event of damage of your goods during transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a reshipment at no cost.
We are committed to provide to our customer with the best buying experience and because of that, our returns are free under the following conditions:
1. For defective products please email us to email@example.com and provide a small explanation of the situation and images and depending on the condition of the item we may send you a return label or process the refund immediately.
2. If the item was purchase by mistake or you simply don't like it, we will send you a return label and we will issue a refund once the item is received in good condition.
In the event of returned items for non warranty reason if the item is not received in new condition no refund will be issue and additional charges for return of damaged items will be waived as a courtesy.
3. You have up to 30 days from the moment of purchase to return your items.
